Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance
- Optimize workflow processes to meet productivity targets
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Prepare reports on performance metrics and operational issues
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
