Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize costs and maximize accuracy
- Train and develop warehouse staff through performance coaching and skill-building programs
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in warehouse management with team leadership experience
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Forklift certification and familiarity with material handling equipment
