Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Optimize space utilization and streamline material handling processes
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
- Utilize WMS software to monitor operations and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and develop teams
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles preferred
