Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement lean practices to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and shipment dispatch
- Generate and analyze performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and resolve operational conflicts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and motivate staff
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
