Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Optimize warehouse workflows to meet/exceed productivity targets
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all operations
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse/supply chain management
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
