Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean practices to optimize inventory control and reduce waste
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless operations
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational budgets
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification required
