Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and procedures for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience implementing process improvements and lean methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
