Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members while enforcing OSHA safety protocols
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing departments
- Conduct cycle counts and ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operator training
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety leadership background
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven ability to optimize space utilization and material flow
- Excellent problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification and experience with automation systems
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
