Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation and SOPs
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable temperatures
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement
