Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct regular audits for compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Address operational challenges proactively with data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proven ability to supervise teams and drive performance metrics
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification required
