Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Manage inventory control using provided WMS technology
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste and optimize workflows
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless dock operations
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Forklift certification (provided if not current)
- Proficient in warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
