Responsibilities
- Oversee 40+ person team in receiving, storage, and fulfillment operations
- Optimize inventory accuracy (99.9%+) via WMS systems and cycle counts
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and safety initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and procurement
- Manage labor scheduling, performance metrics, and disciplinary actions
- Train staff on new technologies and SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory software
- Proven track record in safety compliance (no lost-time incidents)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience managing teams of 30+ personnel
- Data-driven decision making with KPI analysis expertise
