Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and productivity improvements
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
