Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow and reduce costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments
- Generate performance reports and implement improvement plans
- Maintain equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
