Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and develop team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free workplace
- Optimize inventory management systems using WMS software (SAP/JDE experience preferred)
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries and dock scheduling
- Analyze operational metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field (B preferred)
- Valid New York driver's license (required for facility tours)
