Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance metrics
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy targets
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and purchasing teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Generate performance reports and operational KPIs for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- Proven leadership background with team development and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Data analysis experience with inventory and operational metrics
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
