Responsibilities
- Safely handle, scan, and sort packages in a fast-paced environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided training
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required
