Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners)
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong proficiency in WMS software and inventory management
- Proven leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
