Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% order accuracy.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control procedures to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
  • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and drills.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to streamline workflows and resolve logistical bottlenecks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or logistics environment (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and processes.
  • Valid Forklift certification and ability to operate heavy machinery safely.
