Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and operational efficiency
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and process adherence
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification and forklift operation proficiency required
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control
- Proven ability to lead teams and foster a safety-first culture
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
