Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
- Train and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets and maintain quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance and accident prevention.
- Manage inventory control systems, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare performance reports and collaborate with logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate maintenance schedules for forklifts and machinery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities.
- Forklift certification and proficiency operating warehouse equipment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Experience with inventory management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
