- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and procurement teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Utilize WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) for inventory tracking
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Expertise in inventory control and WMS implementation
- Proven track record of team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and AS/RS technology
