Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory management
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using provided warehouse management systems
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Prepare performance reports and manage inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience
- Forklift certification and proficiency operating provided warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
