Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train, schedule, and lead a team of warehouse associates while maintaining safety standards
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries and returns
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Generate performance reports and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
