Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance standards
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Develop and execute continuous improvement projects to reduce costs
- Conduct daily/weekly operational reviews and KPI reporting
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent process improvement training
- Valid Forklift Operator certification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
