Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff daily, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement lean inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate and analyze operational KPIs including productivity metrics
- Manage inventory control processes including cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
