Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Implement process improvements using remote data analysis and on-site observations
- Coordinate logistics with transportation partners and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Utilize WMS systems remotely while conducting regular physical audits
- Manage inventory accuracy and optimize storage space utilization
- Generate performance reports and KPIs through remote monitoring tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience with proven team leadership
- Proficiency in WMS software and remote inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with hybrid/remote team coordination and communication tools
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for operational needs
