Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with strong leadership and coaching skills
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor workflow and productivity metrics to meet operational targets
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipping and receiving
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
