Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols while ensuring compliance with company standards
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff through performance coaching and development plans
- Optimize inventory management systems and processes to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracy
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory levels, labor efficiency, and operational performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Proven track record in inventory management and process optimization
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team-building skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends as needed
