Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and stock rotation processes
- Manage receiving, picking, packing, and shipping workflows
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff training
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- OSHA safety training certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with cold-chain logistics a plus
