Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee daily receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping operations
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory control systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery SLAs
- Manage warehouse budget and cost reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
