Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce costs and improve accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and third-party logistics partnerships
- Conduct performance reviews and develop training programs for staff
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Knowledge of Hawaii shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
