Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless shipping/receiving
- Generate performance reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
