Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using manual equipment and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy and documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse space and safety standards
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for real-time coordination
- Operate warehouse management systems via remote access
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing goods
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift operator license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficient with digital inventory systems
- Excellent remote communication abilities
