Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce waste and improve accuracy
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations using WMS technology
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA regulations
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless logistics
- Manage performance metrics including order fulfillment rates and inventory accuracy
- Train staff on new equipment, processes, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Proven track record in inventory control and cycle counting
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Data analysis experience with warehouse KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
