Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring daily productivity targets are met
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize inventory control systems through cycle counts and WMS management
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely inbound/outbound shipments
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
