Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Train, mentor, and evaluate 10+ warehouse staff for performance excellence
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes using lean methodologies
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Proven track record in inventory accuracy and process optimization
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
