Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
- Optimize inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and discrepancy resolution
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident workplace
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations and dock scheduling
- Utilize WMS systems to monitor productivity metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations to align with operational goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to optimize complex workflows
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment expertise
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
