Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train, mentor, and manage 15+ warehouse staff for optimal performance
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Manage inventory accuracy and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Experience with lean methodology and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license required
