Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring accurate inventory tracking
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and zero-accident records
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and KPI analysis
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
