- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring safety compliance and productivity standards
- Implement process improvements using WMS technology to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and freight movement
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control software
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
