Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15-20 warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control software
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies
