- Optimize workflow efficiency using lean principles and WMS systems
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Manage staffing schedules and performance evaluations

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
