Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and manage team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and productivity standards
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Prepare and analyze performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and inventory management expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
