Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Resolve operational issues and process improvements
- Generate reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics supervision experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
