- Supervise 8-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management

- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS software audits
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
