Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members with flexible scheduling coordination
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs to drive efficiency improvements in workflow
- Manage equipment maintenance and facility upkeep
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and inventory management proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends as needed
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
