Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Train and supervise 15+ team members, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Optimize workflow processes using WMS systems to reduce costs and improve throughput
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions for inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless distribution
- Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume distribution
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a climate-controlled environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
