Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory accuracy and order fulfillment efficiency
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain rigorous safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock operations
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory control and reporting
- Develop annual operating budgets and cost-reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with 2+ years in leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience
