Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
- Manage and train 10-15 team members on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries and pickups
- Maintain OSHA compliance and ensure a safe working environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum productivity

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
